Volunteer Dismissal Policy
Volunteers play a valuable role at Visionary Music Academy.
To maintain our professional and supportive atmosphere, we reserve the right to dismiss any volunteer who does not uphold our values or follow our guidelines.
Grounds for Dismissal May Include:
• Breach of confidentiality
• Inappropriate or unprofessional behavior toward students, staff, or families
• Repeated tardiness or unnotified absences
• Violations of the Anti-Harassment or Code of Conduct policies
Process:
Volunteers will be given a verbal or written warning if concerns arise.
If the behavior continues, dismissal will follow. Immediate dismissal may occur for serious violations.
